Job Description/Skills Required

  • Resources with good communication skill in both verbal & written
  • Ready to work in 24 / 7 support including night shifts
  • Ready to work from office
  • Experience of 1 year (minimum) in helpdesk / service desk
  • SD will receive store related calls and team needs to create incident with basic troubleshooting by following instructions. If SD is unable to troubleshoot, then the incident should be escalated to respective team
  • Incidents handling – Troubleshooting and resolving store related incidents (Servers, Network equipment’s), Server Health checks, UNIX\AIX (CPU, MemSwap), Monitoring SolarWinds (Offline stores, LTE), Monitoring Hughes for Packet loss, Latency, Congestion, creating vendor tickets, reaching Vendor for updates, Store calls for network related issues, Creating MIM for Critical issues.
