The Treasury Bank Operations Analyst 1 will report directly to the Treasury Bank Operations Leader. The Analyst and will have a supporting role for projects and product integration initiatives in support of Treasury Banking Operations group With-in Finance. The position will have working knowledge of continuous improvement and process reengineering, elements of organizational design, change management, product development and operational risk assessment. This position will have some degree of relationship management and support the link between Treasury and PayPal Inc

This is a new team in India and will be formed in Bangalore location. The team will be working for Treasury bank and major focus would be on Accounts, KYC, Documentations, Bank operations, etc

Job Description:

• This position will provide functional knowledge of treasury processes and practices.
• The successful candidate will have basic familiarity with treasury operations and treasury management systems.
• The individual will also be analytical, with strong attention to detail, have oral and written communication skills and be a collaborative team member.
• This position will have some degree of relationship management and support the link between Treasury and PayPal Inc

Your day to day:

• Support the administration for the activation of required services for the efficient management of the Treasury’s operations
• Create a customer centric culture in which continuous improvements opportunities are promoted, recognized, and adapted within the department
• Support the management of bank account documentation required for treasury operations
• Assist with bank account maintenance; maintain bank account list for accuracy, including account signers and approvers
• Assist with the best practice process improvement methodologies across Treasury Bank Operations
• Support various Treasury process and system enhancement projects and collaborate with all stakeholders and external consultants
• Projects and other duties as needed by Treasury

What do you need to bring:

• 0 to 1+ years of treasury experience in a Treasury operation with working Knowledge of a treasury management system, preferably Quantum and SAP
• Excellent teamwork & communication skills—Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented, self-driven and motivated
• Comfortable in and commitment to a strong teamwork environment
• Entry level project management skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
