Job Description:

Access Services Team is a dedicated collection of self-organizing, high performing, interdependent, co-located individuals representing different functional roles with all the necessary skills to create the foundational capabilities that application teams develop on top of it. This team leads with mission to provide overall stewardship of enterprise grade application architecture & design within the context of holistic software development. This includes driving the architecture & design decisions and building consensus around it and supporting existing enterprise level applications. The team leads the Security implementation related to customer access and exploration in software architecture & technology innovations along with enabling excellence in overall team.

Responsibilities:

1) Develop medium-sized project/initiatives as an individual contributor with advanced knowledge within discipline, leading a segment initiative

2) Develops applications, system to system interfaces and complete software solutions, and creates documentation such as user guides and software development guides

3) Code development day-to-day support duties

5) Excellent communication conveying application, coding and any other issues effectively

Qualification & Skills:

1) Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Computer Science or Master’s degree in related discipline

2) Positive attitude and ready to pick up new challenges.

3) Ready to learn technologies.

4) Good to have basic training in:-

i) Java/J2EE technologies with Spring boot framework, REST APIs, JSON, NoSQL databases, Hibernate, Messaging, front end technologies CSS, HTML, AngularJS or similar framework, Web & Application Server

ii) Micro services architecture working experience

iii) Application Security including information security principles, web app security and PCI DSS Compliance

iv) Understanding on how to implementation CI/CD build pipelines with tools like Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory and Chef

5) Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and business

Good to Have:

• Application Security including Information security principles & realization, web app security, OWASP & PCI DSS Compliance (Security Design & Technology Skills )
• Experience implementing solutions for large scale deployments including large enterprises or service providers, banking or payment solutions
• Good understanding & experience with software development processes such as Scrum, SAFe, Extreme Programming and/or Lean etc.
