Job Description for HSBC Off Campus Recruitment Drive 2022:
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Follow best practices and work with Tech leads and other team members
- Participate and contribute to the design and architecture of the application
- Suggest changes/ improvements etc. that help the team and business both
- Investigate production issues, as well as longer-term strategic development issues
- Working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Create unit tests for the code base
- Maintain Integrity, conduct and performance against ethical standards
- Following the full process flow of data and actively working to enhance it
Requirements:
- Strong Experience with C# for web-based and window-based WPF application development (VB.Net Knowledge add advantage)
- Familiar with Web API/ Micro-services
- Understanding of DevOps and Agile development (Scrum, Kanban)
- Prior Experience with database-related technologies e.g. MS-SQL and Oracle
- Adequate knowledge of DevOps tools (Github, Confluence, JIRA, Jenkins, Nexus)
- Technical Skills
- Swift
- Load/ Performance testing experience
- Practical parallel computing experience
- Performance optimization
- Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative fashion with a wide range of individuals.
