Job Description/Skills Required

  • Sales Support:
  • Support in creating sales presentations for various purposes
  • Create database of customer contacts for frontline sales team use
  • Support lead generation activities
  • Increase awareness of company offerings through social media, telephonic interactions and direct mail marketing as per Corporate Marketing plan
  • Analyse sales data and create metrics for inputs to leadership decision making
  • Create Reports and MIS, as maybe required
  • Support / Run tools / any other online tools
  • Co-ordination with vendors (is any) as maybe required
  • Support conducting of Customer Surveys (if need be)
  • Support any marketing initiatives as maybe required
  • Liaise with other functions (Manufacturing , R & D, Quality, Project Mgt, Proposals, Marketing, SCM, Admin, etc.) internally based on sales team requirement
  • To drive work priorities internally and ensure that customer expectations are met
  • Ensure self development :
  • Inculcate culture of collaboration with other team members
  • Nominate self for trainings based on the needs identified by self/supervisor
  • Groom self to move to frontline sales role in time to come
  • Continuously update self on area of work
