Job Description/Skills Required
- Sales Support:
- Support in creating sales presentations for various purposes
- Create database of customer contacts for frontline sales team use
- Support lead generation activities
- Increase awareness of company offerings through social media, telephonic interactions and direct mail marketing as per Corporate Marketing plan
- Analyse sales data and create metrics for inputs to leadership decision making
- Create Reports and MIS, as maybe required
- Support / Run tools / any other online tools
- Co-ordination with vendors (is any) as maybe required
- Support conducting of Customer Surveys (if need be)
- Support any marketing initiatives as maybe required
- Liaise with other functions (Manufacturing , R & D, Quality, Project Mgt, Proposals, Marketing, SCM, Admin, etc.) internally based on sales team requirement
- To drive work priorities internally and ensure that customer expectations are met
- Ensure self development :
- Inculcate culture of collaboration with other team members
- Nominate self for trainings based on the needs identified by self/supervisor
- Groom self to move to frontline sales role in time to come
- Continuously update self on area of work
