Job Description/Skills Required

Develop and implement a key account management capability, leveraging Cipla’s relationships and strengths across therapies, to prioritize, segment, and service key corporate hospitals
Key Roles and responsibilities

  • Digital and Physical reach out to hospitals with objective of increasing the share of wallet in the accounts
  • Creation of Digital database of hospitals, accurate digital coordinates of pharmacy staff and other purchase influencers
  • Responsible for timely relay of updated info on product, services of Cipla thorough digital media
  • Coordination with stockists to ensure timely supplies to hospital based on accepted orders
  • Sales tracking of Cipla to hospitals either directly or promotion/increasing adoption of App based ordering system
  • Monthly sales report, compilation and analysis
  • Coordination with CFTs on a monthly basis for discussion on developing account sales/marketing plans and analysis of sales data
  • Monitoring supply efficiency and hygiene to the account
