Job Description for American Express Off Campus Recruitment Drive:
Job Role / Description & Responsibilities
- Ideate and contribute to innovations to help solve business problems.
- Read, understand papers in AI and ML and use the concepts to come up with novel ideas.
- Perform POC on ideas and concepts to test feasibility.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap; recommend the nature and scope of present and future state of the AI Platforms.
- Own the algorithm / modelling grade capabilities in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders as Product Owner.
- Contribute to patents and publication of research,
Eligibility Criteria, Experience and Professional Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or a PhD from a reputed institutions with a degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Statistics or Engineering.
- 0-4 years of experience, Freshers / Experienced having the relevant key-skills are eligible to apply for this position.
Functional Skills / Capabilities:
- Ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives
- Ability to Integrate With Cross-Functional Business Partners Worldwide
- Good Programming skills are a must.
- Excellent problem formulation and solving skills
Technical Skills / Capabilities:
- Hands on with Python,. SQL, Python ML and DL libraries.
- Advanced Statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing.
- Hands on programming and ability to design.
